It’s not just high temps that has us sweating.
Here, a few things that have caught and kept our attention this summer.

IKEA PS 2026 COLLECTION
This IKEA capsule collection made waves for good reason. But even before these impeccably-designed pieces swept the web, we were anxious on day one to scoop them up, queueing outside one of IKEA’s LA locations the morning of the release. Worth it. The truly excellent floor lamp in this great shade of “dark red” is a classic in the making.

BEER
It’s fun to have a “drink of the summer.” We’ve cycled through Dark ‘N’ Stormy’s, Americanos, good old rose, Negroni’s, fancy G&Ts… But this is the summer of Kölsch. Crisp, light beer but not without flavor. We are especially liking Früh, and its stripy can doubles the pleasure.

UNIQLO C COLLECTION / AUTUMN 2026
Who is doing the styling for the Uniqlo collabs? Unlike most fast fashion brands, Uniqlo’s collaboration collections are often made to high-standards and in quality fabrics to match sophisticated cuts. But the styling really seals the deal, often presenting tonal ensembles in the very coolest silhouettes. For both the Uniqlo C and Uniqlo U Collections, the fall release tends to be the most stellar. Adding all to a wish list.

NORDIC KNOTS BEDDING
After eyeing the bedding options at Nordic Knots for several months, finally pulled the trigger on this tone-on-tone linen bed covering and matching pillow in the transcendent hue “lagoon.”

JIL SANDER SHOES
Versatile and a thing of beauty. Probably the only shoe needed for fall?

RENNK
Dear & old friend Beatrice has always excelled at, among many other things, identifying talent. She recently hosted a few great brands at her store / salon in Echo Park, including RENNK. The line has a disparate grouping of items – placemats, quilted silk scarves, roll-up picnic blankets, woven silk anoraks and striped moiré clutches. Somehow these all fit together and every single item is exquisite.

ATHENA CALDERON AT THE FUTURE PERFECT
The capsule collection released by the multi-hyphenated Calderon includes a range of deco-inspired furniture pieces, one more beautiful than the next. Available to view at TFP’s New York showroom location.

ERES ACTIVEWEAR
A Pilates client (side hustle) recently mentioned that Eres has an activewear line. A launch that missed the radar entirely. The cuts and hues are every bit as chic and flattering as their swimwear.
