All items are solid 14-karat gold including posts, clasps, and earring backings. Where noted, some styles are rendered and available in sterling silver.
All earrings are sold INDIVIDUALLY (with few exceptions noted).

THE STONE COLLECTION
All of our Stone Collection jewelry should be worn and handled with care!
Every aspect of the pieces in our Stone Collection are fabricated, assembled and finished by hand. And we have specifically chosen to use unique, natural materials and gemstones whose properties feature natural texture, inclusions and coloring that can differ from stone to stone. Similarly, gold is a soft metal, which will naturally scratch, and show wear and patina with time. Many of the gemstones in the jewelry will crack, shatter or break if dropped or hit against a hard surface.
We recommend cleaning and storing the jewelry with a soft cloth designed especially for use with jewelry.
We advise that perfume, lotions, oils and any other beauty products not be used near the jewelry.
Please be careful to avoid exposing jewelry to household chemicals and cleaning products, which may also damage the stones and / or gold.
Please do not wear the jewelry while swimming or bathing.
As stated, each piece is carefully crafted with attention to quality. Despite this, with wear your Kathleen Whitaker piece may need to be repaired. Please contact us at email@example.com regarding the nature of the wear and required repair. Unless deemed a defect of fabrication in creating the piece, repair costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can provide an estimate of costs (inclusive of labor, materials, shipping/insurance) once received.
When shipping such repairs, please note Kathleen Whitaker Inc is not responsible for the item (during transit) until it is received.

a lead time of 4-6 weeks for delivery. Discounts and promotions do NOT apply to custom pieces. Custom handling fees may apply.

The Kathleen Whitaker Gift Card is provided as a unique code redeemable at kathleenwhitaker.com only. Please note this is a PHYSICAL Gift Card that will be mailed out. The recipient will not receive the code in an email. This is a one-time code, so please treat it like cash. Kathleen Whitaker is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. The Gift Card is redeemable on all product categories (Classic and Objects Collections) and sales
at kathleenwhitaker.com. It can also be used to place a custom order. Gift Cards never expire, are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
We ship to all domestic, U.S. locations via USPS Priority. All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Transit times are provided by the carrier, USPS, and generally take 2-5 business days. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees ($15) and fees for future shipments ($10 for USPS Priority).
If you would like a package to be intercepted and re-routed to a new address, there is a $15 fee.
If the value of your purchase is over $200, signature confirmation will be required.
We now ship internationally to a list of countries provided at checkout. We ship via DHL International Express for our international orders. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Kathleen Whitaker is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and we are not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping costs are determined by the total value of the items purchased.

PayPal is an easy, secure method of online payment, which does NOT require a PayPal account.
We charge sales tax for all orders within the state of California.
We regret that at this time we cannot issue any exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages or missing items must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
We offer repair service for merchandise purchased from an authorized retailer. Please return the Product to the store from which you purchased, and a sales associate will contact us to facilitate a repair. The original sales receipt is required for all repairs. For products purchased through kathleenwhitaker.com, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with images and a detailed description of the damage.
